Introduction
Solukhumbu District, a part of the Sagarmatha Zone, it is one of the seventy-fifth district of Nepal, a landlocked country of South Asia. As the name suggests, it consists of the subregions Solu and Khumbu. The district, with Salleri as its district headquarters, covers an area of 3,312 km².

Infrastructure:
The building is well equipped with 9 rooms for delivering comprehensive health services. The building contains 1 OPD room, 1 Inpatient room with 5 beds, 1 room for a procedure, 1 for the pharmacy, 1 Dental, 1 Delivery and Gyanecology examination, 1 for X ray, 1 for Laboratory and for a waiting area. The staff quarter is just behind the center.

Kharikhola health Center has been seriously damaged by the earthquake from 2015 and will be reconstructed in collaboration with Dhulikehl Hospital . The VDC Community received an appropriate land for the reconstruction of the new hospital and we are now in the process for the new reconstruction. The construction of the new Center will start in middle of 2017.
